Welcome to Elion on the Greek Cycladic island of Naxos

Elion Naxos is the name of a studio and an apartment. Both are located next to each other in a detached house in a quiet setting on a large plot of land between the two villages of Glinado and Agios Arsenios, just a few minutes from Naxos Town, the harbor, the airport, and the beaches. The studio and apartment each have their own private entrance, their own large terrace, and access to the garden. A wall made of natural Naxos marble stones ensures privacy between the two entrances. The studio is rented for two people, and the apartment for three people.

The south-facing studio is approximately 25 square meters with a kitchenette and bathroom. It has two windows and air conditioning. The cool north-facing apartment is 46 square meters with a full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and a separate bedroom. It has windows in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as additional access to the terrace from the bedroom and a fan in the bedroom. Hot water is available 24 hours a day in the studio and apartment. Smoking is not permitted in either unit.

The landlord, Dirk, lives on the upper floor of the same building and speaks English and German. He personally checks in and out, is available to answer questions, and can help arrange rental vehicles. Free parking for rental vehicles is available on the street in front of the property entrance.
